Yes of course it is about the niyyah (intention), but I had knowledge about this matter and it's my duty to spread it.

Both phrases have the same pronunciation, but writing إن شاء"in shaa" as one word إنشاء "inshaa" makes them one word meaning creating or constructing and that is not befitting.

Inshaa was mentioned in the Qur'an in this sense:
"إِنَّا أَنشَأْنَاهُنَّ إِنشَاء"
Meaning "Lo! We have created them a (new) creation".
Ayah 35 of Soorat Alwaqi'ah

You know what, even Arabs themselves make this mistake because the pronunciation is the same. :)

when i say insha'allah to someone they knows what my intention are and allah swt also knows what my intentions are...i might be wrong but thanks for the advice
