Waziristan tribes see hope in Pakistan polls - 15 Feb 08

Among Musharraf's many problems, has been fierce fighting in the country's semi-autonomous tribal areas.

A recent military crackdown has helped quell violence there.

Now, after being allowed to vote in upcoming elections, many in the tribal regions are hoping their voice may finally be heard.
