Technology is great, its not only helpful in helping us learn and connect and so forth but allows us to do so much.

However, the sad thing is, there is alot of people who probily couldn't disconnect for a day.

Now at work, I spend 8 of 12 hours if not more is spent on the web. not to mention phone and so forth. I do worry about side effects, C'mon we are in a cancer generation. All the stress, polution, radiation, who knows it all adds up.

We should have national dis-connect day. I doubt it would go over well...Dont get me wrong technology when use correctly is a wonderful asset. But we have a generation of children who brobily dont spend much time doing much else.

I take atleast 2 days a week to just disconnect, turn of the comp, the ipod, away from phones , and try to turn of the tv...but thats a lil more difficult when ur nocturnal like me...
