Ya it happens, people really do feel that way. Google the words "LA Muslim tracking" and find out how NOv 30 2007 the Muslims of LA barely avoided a public tracking system used for sex-offenders. There have been MSN polls showing 20% of Americans supporting putting us in concentration camps if there was another attack.
It's so sad, and upsetting. It's the kind of thing that makes sisters wary of wearing hijab. For me, Allah knows best, BUT I worry about the treatment of my father or husband since I cover.

Ok, this video is funny. It explains why every day as hijabis we have lots of questions to answer. This video is only sad because it shows how much more outreach we need to do as American Muslims.
The end did almost seem to be poking fun at people to whom the gentlemen had assured we would not make "look bad". However, everyone had great attitudes. I applaud the dude in the red shirt.. with exception of the"where is mecca" question he did well. The lady in the red shirt was quite well versed. She totally has Muslimah friends!
