its not just due to less ppl wanting to take jobs there but nowadays u can buy ready made curries in the stores so traditional customers do that. Instead of phoning for a curry they pick them up at the supermarkets plus ppl have learnt how to make them.

Another factor is the healthier eating push which has made people more concious of their diets. Indian foods not the healthiest.
